Sales Center and Patient Acquisition Cycle: The software’s sales center is a notation and reporting “station” that allows the sales executive to track his or her progress throughout the patient acquisition cycle (PAC). The sales center and PAC monitor progress from patient commitment to the creation of the medical record or medical tracking mechanism, as applicable. Reporting metrics include number of contacts, time since last contact, information received, financial quote, insurance verification (if applicable), and financing status.
