Job Title: Medical Sales Representative - Human Division

Department: Sales

Wage/Hour Status: Exempt, Salary + Commission

Summary: Working as a Medical Sales Representative  for OroGen BioSciences, a wound care and regenerative biotechnology company. Responsible for building relationships with medical practices, domestic and international customers to increase product sales. Requires an ability to connect quickly with customers via telephone and stay extremely organized while multi-tasking. Fields all general questions of assigned customers. Distributes necessary information to all customers. The majority of sales are handled telephonically.

Reports To: Director of Sales

Supervises: None 

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct promotional programs and meeting displays at the local level in various settings.
  2. Assertively present clinical information to a varied customer base including physicians, mid level practitioners, nurses, and medical assistants.
  3. Conduct data analysis, and effective due diligence as a sales representative in order to understand the competitive landscape.
  4. Execute sound sales and marketing strategies developed from the corporate office to ensure there is consistency in messaging and targeting.
  5. Comply with all state and federal regulations and guidelines and company policies related to the marketing and sales of a medical product or device.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
 
Experience: At least 3-5 years of sales experience
